Bonus Balance at Qzino
Terms & Conditions

At Qzino, we are devoted to supporting responsible gaming habits across our platform and throughout our player community. We believe it is essential that every player understands the safety features at their disposal, views gambling as a fun form of recreation, and feels fully equipped to make smart, conscious choices about their play.
Responsible gambling relies on clear technical controls and proactive safety tools designed to prevent harm and build a positive, long-term gaming environment. Rather than limiting your fun, these features establish simple boundaries that help you manage your time and spending with complete confidence. They put you in full control, making it easy to adjust your activity levels whenever you need to.
This article will guide you through the responsible gambling tools available on Qzino, show you how to use them to keep your gaming safe and balanced, and end with some tips to ensure your play stays enjoyable.
Self-Exclusion is a powerful tool designed to help you take a break and exclude yourself whenever you need it. This feature allows you to voluntarily restrict your full access to our platform or specific products (casino or sports) for a specified duration.
How Self-Exclusion Works
Once activated, your exclusion cannot be cancelled or lifted early through your account settings or via request. Depending on your needs, you can choose where to apply the restriction:
Full Exclusion (All): Completely locks access to your account. Your remaining balance is frozen until your selected time period ends.
Casino Only: Blocks your ability to place bets in any casino games, while keeping other areas open.
Sports Only: Blocks your ability to place any sportsbook wagers, while leaving casino access open.
You can choose from a range of durations depending on whether you need an immediate cooling-off period, a scheduled break, or a long-term exclusion.
Standard Periods that take effect immediately upon activation:
Scheduled Dates & Long-Term Option:
If you're on a Casino Only or Sports Only Self-Exclusion and decide you need a wider restriction, you can expand it to a Full Exclusion any time from the Responsible Gambling page by selecting "Expand Limit." The new period just needs to be equal to or longer than your current one. Shorter options won’t be available. Once you confirm, your active exclusion is replaced by a Full Exclusion that takes effect immediately, and you'll be logged out. Keep in mind that this only works one way: it can extend your restriction, never shorten or cancel it.

How to Enable Self-Exclusion in Your Account
A Loss Limit helps you set a limit on how much you are comfortable losing over a chosen timeframe. You can choose between daily, weekly, or monthly periods. This feature tracks your net losses, meaning any profits you make during the active period do not count toward your limit. If you win, you can use those profits to keep playing without hitting your set limit.
Once confirmed, your loss limit takes effect immediately. The platform actively monitors your bets and losses to protect your budget in real time. It will automatically block any bet that could potentially push your net losses past your set limit. Once the limit is fully reached, all further wagering will be suspended until the limit period is reset.
Limits can be updated or removed, but only once every 12 hours. This rule helps you stay in control and prevents impulsive changes in the heat of the moment. When you set or edit a limit, your settings are locked for the next 12 hours. Once that window expires, the edit option remains open until you make a new adjustment, which will then start a fresh 12-hour lock.
Example
Imagine you set a $20 Daily Loss Limit at 6:00 PM. Throughout the evening, you win some bets and lose others, leaving you at a net loss of $15. If you try to place a new $6 bet, the system will block it automatically because if that bet loses, your net loss would hit $21 and exceed your $20 limit. Once your net loss reaches $20, all further betting is disabled until 6:00 PM the next day, when your daily limit resets.
How to Enable Loss Limits in Your Account
Time Alerts are automated, periodic notifications that interrupt active gameplay at set intervals. These pop-up modals temporarily pause your session to force a brief break in the session flow, snapping you out of passive play and encouraging you to consciously acknowledge your session duration before choosing whether to resume.
Think of Time Alerts as a friendly tap on the shoulder. They stop you from playing on autopilot and give you a quick reality check on your time, ensuring every bet stays a conscious choice and the game stays fun.
You can select your preferred alert frequency from the following available intervals:
Once set, your Time Alert can be edited once every 30 minutes. Any change you make triggers an enforced 30-minute lock before you can adjust your settings again.
How to Enable Time Alerts in Your Account
Want to take a break? You can request a temporary or permanent account closure by emailing support@qzino.com with your account details and the reason for your request. A temporary closure can be for a fixed period or indefinite; a permanent closure requires an Indefinite (Full) Exclusion to already be active and, once processed, can't be undone.
If you're closing your account because you're worried about your gambling, Self-Exclusion is the tool built for that.
